Saved as tiff or eps format
- Line Art 600 ppi when used at 100%
- Greyscale - 200 ppi when used at 100% (shadow set to 75%)
- Color - CMYK 200 ppi when used at 100% (CMYK total ink density 240% Allow for 30% dot gain on press)
- Vector Art - Illustrator or Freehand (outline all fonts)
- Colors defined as CMYK
Naming Convention Art must be named: Virgin Islands Daily News ad number followed by the file type as the extension. For example: 12345678.eps or 12345678.tif.
Add a, b, c, etc... after ad number for additional art elements. For example: 12345678b.eps or 12345678b.tif.

TEXT
Saved as text only (plain ASCII text - no formatting)
Naming Convention Text must be named: Virgin Islands Daily News ad number followed by the file type as the extension. For example: 12345678.txt or 12345678.doc.
